Embracia Kindergarten

Kindergarten At Embracia

The Kinder Program at Embracia has been developed by Bachelor Qualified Kindergarten Teachers. Kindergarten is where we ready your child for the next big steps in their development and support them the whole way through.

Our kindergarteners learn structured routines in their day, as well as learning social and emotional skills that will help them on their education journey.

Our unique curriculum programs such as our Togetherness with the elderly program, Aboriginal heritage, nature and community programs are further developed through the kindergarten curriculum. We also have a school readiness program which helps in building the confidence in children so they can speak to new teachers, make new friends, engage socially, build their vocabulary and be independent. Our childcare centres currently offer both 3-year-old and 4-year-old kindergarten programs and there are subsidies available to ensure Kinder is accessible for all families.

What is the Early Years Learning Framework?

The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is Australia’s national framework for early childhood education, designed to guide educators in providing quality learning experiences for children from birth to five years old. It focuses on play-based learning and emphasises the importance of communication, wellbeing, and a strong sense of identity. The goal is to support all children in care to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for lifelong learning. It is used in early childhood education and care services across Australia to ensure consistent, high-quality teaching and learning practices.
